Mike Abraham, former CEO of Shepherds (now director of IndemnityFirst), when
approached to answer critical comments of his stewardship of Shepherds has pointed
out that anyone seriously interested in doing business with IndemnityFirst will
be provided with a full due diligence pack that will allow them to make their
own informed judgment. Abraham commented that, "Serious-minded business
people recognize that anyone who is innovative will from time to time be in the
wrong place at the wrong time - the issue is how they react to the situation
and how positively they use that experience. I believe that anyone reviewing
the due diligence document will be comforted."
