Lisa has worked in the policy market for some ten years the last 5 years being involved in the US Life Settlement market as the assistant to the Managing Director of IndemnityFirst. She is therefore well versed in all aspects of the documentation and structure be it origination agreement, closing documents or general processing. She is based in the UK.

RONAN GUILFOYLE Ronan Guilfoyle is a Senior Manager of dms Management Ltd., a company management firm, licensed and regulated under the laws of the Cayman Islands, focused on providing independent directors to investment companies.

Previously, he was a Group Manager at Admiral Administration Ltd., an independent mutual fund administration firm in the Cayman Islands. Prior to that, he worked with the audit department of Ernst & Young in Ireland. He holds a SSc degree in Accounting from University College Cork, Ireland and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Ireland and is also a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants.
