Balanced Life Policy Fund (BLPF)

Leveraging a strong track record of Life Settlement investing, LPG has created The Balanced Life Policy Fund specifically for US investors.  Probably unique and certainly unusual, BLPF through its investment in the Diversified Settlements Fund, spreads investment across a range of single policies, as well as other specialist life settlement funds to deliver a target return of 10-12% per annum.  This presents an exciting new choice of investment with gains rolling up within the underlying fund vehicle.

Diversified Settlements Fund (DSF)
Until now, there have been few vehicles that allow investors to take advantage of the broad diversification of a fund investing in both large face value policies and a broad range of small face policies.  Driven by Life Policy Group’s ability to source policies at attractive discounts, the Diversified Settlements Fund provides long-term growth with less volatility than many life settlement funds, while safeguarding investor capital by allocating assets across a wide range of carefully selected policies.   DSF also invests in other life settlement funds which have both investment history coupled with excellent year on year performance.

Trading Desk
Trading Desk is a new online platform that allows private investors to directly invest in individual policies and offers the opportunity to earn potentially higher returns than is possible through some Life Settlement fund structures.
